For the main event, March 29 in San Jose, Calif., Strikeforce middleweight champion Frank Shamrock (23-8-1) is the -220 favorite to win, while undefeated challenger Cung Le (5-0-0) is a +180 underdog.

Shamrock's last fight was in June 2007, where he destroyed challenger Phil Baroni (10-9-0), out-striking "The New York Badass" in the first round before choking him unconscious in the second. Previous to that, Shamrock lost by disqualification to Renzo Gracie (13-6-0), after he threw repeated illegal knees to the back of Gracie's head.

Le has looked unstoppable since switching from San Shou kung fu to mixed martial arts in 2006, with wins over UFC veterans Sam Morgan (19-10-0), Tony "The Freak" Fryklund (14-9-0) and Jason Von Flue (12-9-1). All of his victories have come by knockout or TKO.
