Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, the club announced Wednesday. Dr. David Altchek performed the 30-minute procedure to remove some cartilage debris and sooth some rough spots on the underside of the kneecap.
