Alabama State is mourning the loss of sophomore guard Deshean Porchea, who died suddenly after collapsing during a pick-up basketball game Wednesday.

Porchea had just completed a game with friends and walked off the court and collapsed. He was then taken to Jackson Hospital where efforts to revive him failed.
