Game one of the 2009 World Series between the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Yankess is scheduled for this Wednesday at Yankee Stadium.

Cliff Lee will be on the mound for the Phils, while C.C. Sabathia gets the start for the Yankees.

Predictions?

I think the Phillies bats jump on C.C. early making it a short night. Despite a shakey bull pen they hang on to take game one.
