The price goes up depending on where you sit, just like at the theater.
If you don't live in Tampa then one of the online Travel Packages might be worth while, like at roadtrips.com. It might be a bit more upscale than you're looking for but amongst their deal is a double occupancy hotel room, food credit (about $100). The cheapest is $4,985 at the Hampton Inn, and at the upper level end zone.
The cheapest I'm seeing is $2300 each.
