The only reason it's illegal is that the government can't tax the sites since they aren't based in the U.S. That's the flat out truth!

Making it legal would not be enough because, of all the sites that would pop up based in the U.S., they wouldn't be able to compete with the giants already winning the race that they still wouldn't be able to tax.

I mean if cigarettes couldn't be taxed, they'd be an illegal drug. There is absolutely no purpose for cigarettes to exist other than pure profit from addiction.

Who know's what will happen in this debacle, but the governments excuses of saving people from themselves are ridiculous. There wouldn't be any casinos or state lottery's if they were really concerned.
