It's tough to see Baltimore getting much done in this division with their defense on the decline and the offense not ready to compete a division winning level. However, beyond that the other 3 teams absolutely have the ability to win this division. It's probably more likely for the Browns to take a step backwards (but watch out next year as they refocus) than to repeat or exceed last years record but the Bengals may find the focus they need to match the talent and if they can improve on D have a shot to win this division. But the Steelers remain the odds on favorite with the most impressive balance of offense and defense in this division.
