Dave B’s Fantasy 7 WR Rankings – DFS
Week 7 of the NFL season is upon us – I can’t wait! The Wide Receiver position has been a difference most weeks in the world of Fantasy football – those of you who have been playing DeAndre Hopkins know exactly what I mean.

To choose right and have one of the top Receivers is a bit of a science – who knew Calvin Johnson would finally wake from his season long slumber last week and who knew that Keenan Allen would go off the way he did against the Pats?
So which Studs are locks for a big week? Let’s take a look at the top 5 Fantasy Wide Receiver plays for Week 7.
1. Julio Jones, Falcons
vs. Tennessee Titans
I’m not ready to give up on Julio. In fact I think he is WAY OVERDUE for a breakout game.
That could come this week against an underwhelming Titans secondary. He had six catches last week for 93 yards after being questionable all week. With a few extra days to rest my guess is that Julio is fully healthy and ready to re-claim his spot as the #1 Fantasy WR.

With Devonta Freeman getting some extra attention I am expecting Jones to get loose this week and to score twice on 125 yards receiving. The avalanche of points is coming – don’t panic!
2. DeAndre Hopkins, Texans
vs. Miami Dolphins
Hopkins is more like a 1B this week – he has been an absolute Fantasy monster!
He has gone over 110 yards the last four weeks and has five TDs this year with an average of 121 yards per game! Nobody has had an answer for Hopkins yet – I don’t expect that to change against a bad Miami secondary.

Hopkins will be targeted a ton and will produce as per usual – 125 yards and 2 TDs is not a stretch this week.
3. Odell Beckham, Giants
vs. Dallas Cowboys
Beckham was silent in the second half of last week’s loss to the Eagles – I don’t expect the Giants to make that mistake again- they absolutely HAVE to get the ball in Beckham’s hands!
Beckham is an absolute Stud that should be motivated in a divisional game and after a relative dud that he delivered last week. There are few more dynamic difference makers in the game right now – a healthy Odell should feast this week!
4. Calvin Johnson, Lions
vs. Minnesota Vikings
The recipe is simple for the Lions – get the ball to Calvin Johnson or risk losing badly. Matt Stafford finally got that message last week and Johnson went off for 166 yards – the Lion won that game.
Expect Megatron to be heavily involved this week – anything less than 8 catches for 110-125 yards and a TD would be a disappointment this week.
5. Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals
vs. Baltimore Ravens
Fitzgerald is the top dog in a very good offense and gets the honor of going up against perhaps the worst secondary in the game right now. Fitz had been on fire before last week when Jon Brown took over.

That said Larry is a candidate for an enormous bounce back on home field on Monday night.
I am expecting 120 yards and a TD against the sorry Ravens.
