Week 2 of the 2010-11 NFL season kicks into high gear with a full Sunday lineup including my pick for Game of the Week between the Giants and the Colts. Here I look at all of the week’s matchups that may prove decisive in early divisional positioning battles.
Let’s take a look at each Week 1 match up followed by some free NFL predictions.
Week 2 of the National Football League season has some great matchups, highlighted by a nationally televised tilt between NFC East rivals that will be played in front of the largest-ever crowd in NFL history on Sunday Night Football.
But the pigskin action begins with an AFC East clash as Bill Belichick and his New England Patriots visit rival New York Jets Sunday (1 pm ET, CBS).
Week two is always interesting as teams have that first game under their belt. Week one losers will be hungry for a win before the season gets away from them, and week one NFL winners will be on the prowl to improve their records to 2-0.
My pick for best game of the week is a tie between the Saints at the Eagles and the Giants at the Cowboys.
