Well, we can say one thing about the Carolina Panthers going into the 2011 season – they did bring in what promises to be in a good coaching staff – Ron Rivera as Head Coach, Sean McDermott (of the Eagles) as Defensive Coordinator and Rob Chudzinski (of the Chargers) to run the offense.
