The 2009 College Football season is here and there is once again value in Over/Under season win totals. There are always teams that surpass or fall short of lofty expectations set by the oddsmakers. When trying to find value, you must group games into three categories…sure wins, sure losses and question marks. Ideally you want to find more sure results when deciding which side you fall on.
Suck on that Oklahoma and Missouri! Texas and Colt McCoy are here to prove everyone that they are here to stay. The Longhorns continued their incredible undefeated season by trouncing the Tigers 56-31. Can you say Heisman? We’ll have an update on the Heisman Race (and I use that term loosely) tomorrow, but for now let’s see which teams are vying for those BCS votes and which teams aren’t worthy of your betting consideration.
The USC Trojans opened up the college football betting weekend with a bang by losing to Oregon State and their tattooed quarterback. Georgia had the door wide open to take the top spot in the country, only to have the door slammed in a bloody nose by the Crimson Tide. Then Florida, of all teams, loses to Mississippi. So who’s on top of the mountain now?
