NCAAB Betting Tips! Early Favorites To Win The 2016 CBB National Title

Betting on NCAA Mens Hoops Futures?

Sure it’s only been a little over a month since the college basketball season ended, but it’s never too late to start looking ahead to next season. Especially, when considering betting on NCAA basketball futures.

CBB Betting Insight

Before you know it, March Madness will be upon us, and with that, here is a list of 10 favorites to win the 2016 college basketball title.

Kentucky 10/1

The Wildcats won’t look a lot different by the time the 2015-16 season rolls around. With the possible return of five-star big man Skal Labissiere, and one or two McDonald’s All-American commits, UK once again should have a good chance.

[dfads params=’groups=63742&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

North Carolina 10/1

The Tar Heels get everyone back and with a healthy Marcus Paige added back to a frontline that includes Joel Berry and Justin Jackson, who both showed flashes of greatness at the end of last season, North Carolina should be a force.

Maryland 10/1

The Terps chances at winning a title in 2016 got considerably better after Melo Trimble announced that he will be coming back. Along with the additions of Georgia Tech transfer Robert Carter and top 10 recruit Diamond Stone, Maryland will have one of the better front lines in the Big Ten.

Arizona 10/1

Even though the Wildcats will likely end up losing their entire starting lineup from a season ago, there is still enough talent on a roster that returns Parker Jackson-Cartwright, Elliott Pitts, Dusan Ristic and Gabe York. All, who along with newcomers Justin Simon, Ray Smith, Chance Comanche, Allonzo Trier and Ryan Anderson, should make some noise.

Duke 10/1

It’s not really all that clear how Duke will fair this season this early on. It really depends on whether they return Matt Jones, and if they can get Brandon Ingram. If they get both, they are a top 10 team, if not, they are probably closer to a Sweet 16 finish.

[dfads params=’groups=63727&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

Michigan State 12/1

Along with potential Big Ten Player of the Year Denzel Valentine, the Spartans will get West Virginia transfer Eron Harris, who should improve MSU’s back court immensely. However, if they want to find themselves cutting down the nets in March, they will need Lourawls Nairn to step up offensively.

Kansas 16/1

And while the Jayhawks will not be as dominate in 2016, as they have been in the past, they will have a better than average lineup that includes Frank Mason and Devonte’ Graham in the back court. KU also gets Wayne Selden and Svi Mykhailiuk back. Beyond that, there is Bill Self, and that’s why they will contend for a title.

Iowa State 20/1

Barring Fred Hoiberg’s departure to coach the NBA Bulls, the Cyclones could have another great season despite losing Chieck Diallo. That’s because they still have Monte’ Morris and Georges Niang, who along with Marquette transfer Deonte Burton and Jameel McKay, are looking at being a top five team.

[dfads params=’groups=64759&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

Cal 20/1

The Bears return Ty Wallace, Jabari Bird, Jordan Mathews and Kameron Rooks. They do however, lose David Kravish. But if they pick up five-star big man Caleb Swanigan, Cal is going to make some noise come March.

Villanova 25/1

And while losing Darrun Hilliard and JayVaughn Pinkston is going to hurt, the return of potential All-Big East player Josh Hart, and Jalen Brunson, makes the Wildcats a real deal.

Louisville

For bettors it was a disappointment as the Cards failed to cover for the first time in the tournament.

Now they square off against Duke, a team they lost to back in November…when they were missing center Georgui Dieng.

Guard Russ Smith was fantastic once again scoring 31 points even though he made just one three pointer. He made 12 of 14 from the free throw line showing the versatility to his game – I am not sure the Blue Devils have a good counter for him defensively.

It seems like every tournament game a new face steps forward for Louisville. Against the Ducks it was sophomore guard Kevin Ware, who more than doubled his seasonal average with 11 points.

To demonstrate how unlikely that was – it was his first double digit game since the first game of the season.

Louisville continues to roll and the fact that they did not beat Oregon by 20 probably makes them even more valuable in this one. They are playing great but you have to think that there are some who are going to see that loss to Duke and get on the Blue Devils to bring this one down further.

Let’s hope so.

Duke

I thought Friday night would be the end of the line for Duke. Michigan State fights you in a way that most teams don’t and I thought Duke wouldn’t be able to respond. I certainly did not see them being able to get the Spartans bigs off their games the way they did, holding them to 30% shooting from the field. [ad-6571516]

If they still have something left in their tank they are going to need it all to beat Louisville one more time and earn a trip to the Final Four.

Guard Seth Curry had a fantastic shooting game in leading the Dookies over MSU but I don’t see that happening against Louisville this time around. He was 3 for 11 in that early season victory, a game where center Mason Plumlee was the top scorer.

Plumlee will definitely find it harder this time around and the Blue Devils will likely need to get at least some production from their bench. In the victory over LU only 3 of 76 points came from subs.

It’s Duke so you can’t run your mouth off and say they can’t win…they almost always do. Still I think it will be much harder for them to do what they did again in this game.

Louisville is looking super hungry and their defense is better now than the last time they played.

It is hard to beat a team that good twice.

Spread Pick: Louisville -3.5
O/U Pick: Under
Score Prediction: Louisville 69 – Duke 62

Ohio St. Buckeyes vs. Wichita St. Shockers Gambling Prediction & CBB Preview

Ohio St vs Wichita St March Madness Betting!

The Buckeyes win against Arizona followed the same blueprint as their win against Ohio State. They were outplayed by the Wildcats for stretches, let them back into the ball game late, all before hitting a game winning three with almost no time left on the clock.
