NFL: TITANS OUT TO HARNESS COLTS

The Tennessee Titans are favorites against the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night Football and that’s just the way they like it.

Tennessee has started the season at 6-0 and 5-0-1 against the spread(3-0 ATS at home). They were able to accomplish this despite playing the majority of games with their backup quarterback Kerry Collins. Collins is a savvy veteran who knows how to limit turnovers and manage a game, his high number of throws is just 35.

Tennessee opened as 3 ½-point favorites for this Monday night showdown but they are now giving four-points with the Over/Under set at 41. Note that 59% of the early bettors like Tennessee at home.
This AFC South clash starts at 8:30 pm ET game on ESPN on Monday night.

The Titans like to win by running the football with Chris Johnson and LenDale White and let their defense do the rest. Expect their 5th rated rushing attack to run early and often against the Colts 28th ranked run defense.

Indianapolis (3-3) has been inconsistent all season and they were very lucky to win their first two games against Minnesota and Houston. Indy looked like they had turned the corner with a 31-3 win over Baltimore two weeks ago, but they followed it up with a 34-14 clunker at Green Bay where Peyton Manning had two interceptions returned for touchdowns.

Manning is going to have to be on top of his game as he’s going against a Titans defense that’s 3rd overall in the league. Indy could very well be without running back Joseph Addai again and Manning needs to rejuvenate an offense that’s scoring 21.3 PPG. That’s 21st in the NFL and a touchdown less than last year.

Even though Tennessee has the far better record, this game means more to them. Indy has been the bully in the division for a long time and the Colts have been favored seven of the last eight meetings. The only game the Titans were favored was last December in Indy when the Colts had already clinched the playoffs and were resting their starters.

The Titans need to make a big statement on MNF and show why they’re the kings of the AFC South and even the conference. If they don’t, the home crowd will go home extremely unhappy.

In addition to the game and total wagering, we also have our Primetime Prop for this contest. If you back the correct type of scoring play in the “First Scoring Play” prop and the scoring play is of 50 yards or greater, your winning wager will be doubled up to $100.00 for this specific prop.

We also have plenty of propslike whether Manning will throw for more than 246.5 yards and whether Reggie Wayne will have more than 5.5 receptions. The Player to score the 1st TD is also interesting with LenDale White (4:1), Reggie Wayne (6:1), Dominic Rhodes (6:1) and Chris Johnson (7:1) leading the way.
