Can they bounce back against the first place Mets?

The Jays did some great work in winning 11 games in row to get over .500 and back into the race.
Still their season may be defined by what happens after that winning streak was snapped last night. Its a bit of a gut check for a group that has had trouble sustaining success over the last couple of seasons.
They need to bounce back and go 6-4 in their next 10 to show that all of those wins were really an indicator.
The way they have been hitting and pitching staying in the race is within their grasp.

The Jays have several pitching prospects in their system right now including Aaron Sanchez, whose spot Copeland is taking in the short term. Copeland has one Major League start to this name but he was very strong in limiting a weak Miami lineup.
He gets another really good chance to prove he is MLB ready against New York. This is

The Mets took down the Jays last night in extra innings. It ended the Jays’ long winning streak and was indicator 77 that the Mets are going to be a factor this season.
This team is still desperate for a bat but they have demonstrated a good level of compete that will serve them well.
At home they have very hard to beat as their pitching really thrives at Citi Field.
Speaking of pitching it will be the Dark Knight aka Matt Harvey on Tuesday for the Mets.
The Jays have a lot of big bats and this will be a big challenge tonight pitching primarily in the NL he does not usually see this much power.

Citi generally suppresses power but the Jays might be the exception. Harvey will have to be sharp or he could be hitting the showers early.
