Who knew that all they Blackhawks needed was their Captain and arguably their best player to get injured? Chicago has been a completely different team since Brent Seabrook was forced to watch from the press box and is now just one win away from tying their series with the Vancouver Canucks. Game 6 goes Sunday!

The wheels have completely come off the Vancouver Canucks. Need Proof? Vezina candidate Roberto Luongo has been chased in two straight games and Chicago goaltender Corry Crawford has more points in the last two games than the Sedin twins combined! Unreal! Vancouver has been outscored 12-2 in the last two games – it is safe to say that momentum is not with them!

Absolutely nobody is producing for the Canucks on offense – they look like they are skating in cement. Ryan Kesler and Alex Burrows still haven’t scored in the series and the Sedins once again appears as though the rigors of playoff hockey are grinding them down. There really isn’t too much to like about the Canucks offense going into Game 6.

Luongo? He’s been bad but Lou has to bounce back. He is too good to look this bad! Getting chased in two straight games though? It is time to play like you are the highest paid player in the game!

Chicago is absolutely on fire offensively right now – everybody is hitting the score sheet except for Jonathan Toews. Marion Hossa finally broke out and had two beautiful goals and an assist in Game 5. Duncan Keith has been off the charts and Pat Kane is looking dangerous again – the Hawks are going to be a handful!

Goaltending has not been an issue whatsoever in Chicago (unlike Vancouver). Corey Crawford has stopped 51 of 53 shots in the last two games including a 30 save shutout in Game 5.

NHL Betting Trends:
Under is 9-1-1 in VAN last 11 Sun. games.
Under is 6-1-1 in VAN last 8 road games.
VAN are 24-8 in their last 32 road games.
Under is 7-2 in CHI last 9 games following a win.
Over is 6-2-1 in CHI last 9 vs. Western Conference.
Over is 5-2-1 in CHI last 8 overall.

Betting Prediction: The Vancouver Canucks have absolutely nothing positive going into Game 6. Luongo is a mess and Dave Bolland has once again completely shut down the Sedins. Whatever Coach Joel Quenville is preaching is working. It should be a fun Game 7.

Pick: Chicago Blackhawks -125
