Phillip Rivers is going to explode in this game, even though the rushing game has been an unmitigated disaster.

You don’t often get a lot of bad press when you win a game 37-7, but the Chargers sure did. 
Why exactly is everyone so behind Darren Sproles to take the starting job? He’s a 5-foot-6, 185 pound bag of disaster waiting to happen. But he’s the perfect third-down back and return specialist. What is with people? LDT may not have the same explosiveness as he used to, but he’s still good enough to find his way between tackles (as long as it’s not at the goal line).
