So what can we expect in Week 7? Let’s take a look at all of the games and the odds that accompany those games.

Thursday, October 16

Jets at Patriots
Week 6 Point Spread:
Patriots -10

The Jets have yet to cover the Spread this season and the team has lost five straight games. New England has put up 36 points per game their last three – I can’t fathom the Geno Smith led Jets being able to score enough to keep this one close at Foxborough.

Sunday, October 19

Bengals at Colts
Week 6 Point Spread:
Colts-3

The Bengals have given up 80 points the last 2 weeks – 80! And now they face one of the top offenses in the game. Andrew Luck has been sensational averaging 331 yards per game through the air this season. Simply put the Colts are hot (four straight wins) and the Bengals are not (two straight losses). Without AJ Green, the Bengals look to be in some trouble here.

Titans at Redskins
Week 6 Point Spread:
Redskins -4

The Titans are coming off an uninspiring win against the worst team in the NFL – Jacksonville while the Skins actually looked OK against a tough Arizona team in Week 6. Turnovers killed the Skins on Sunday. I like Washington to put some points on the board Sunday and for the fourth-worst Tennessee offense to struggle again. Take the Skins to end their 3-game slide.

Dolphins at Bears
Week 6 Point Spread:
Bears -3

The Bears were very impressive on the road last week beating the Falcons while the Fins will be looking to bounce back after a heartbreaking last second three point loss to the Packers. Jay Cutler and his insane cast of pass catchers will be too much in this one – and don’t forget about Matt Forte. I can’t see the Fins scoring enough in this one.

Browns at Jaguars
Week 6 Point Spread:
Browns -4

The Browns moved to 3-1-1 ATS Sunday with their impressive beat down of the Steelers while the Jags had a chance for their first win of the season but came up short. The Browns have been very impressive on both sides of the ball and should enjoy an outing against a defense that has allowed 31 points per game this season. Cleveland is impressive – Jacksonville is not!

Seahawks at Rams
Week 6 Point Spread:
Lines Not Available Yet

Look for Seattle to be a very motivated team Sunday and for the Rams to be the unfortunate victims. I would imagine the Hawks being seven point favorites – it shouldn’t be a problem for Seattle.

Panthers at Packers
Week 6 Point Spread:
Panthers +7

An important NFC clash between teams with elite QBs and struggling defenses takes place at Lambeau Sunday. This game should be close – seven points is just too much in this one. Cam Newton looks like Cam Newton again – 284 yards passing and 107 yards rushing in their tie with Cincinnati last week. Be scared Green Bay defense – be very scared!

[dfads params=’groups=66501&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

Falcons at Ravens
Week 6 Point Spread:
Ravens -6 1/2

The Falcons are miserable on the road and even at home didn’t look great in their 27-13 loss to Chicago. The Ravens on the other hand have looked very good this year and are coming off Joe Flacco’s best game as a pro – five TD passes in the first half! Atlanta’s defense is awful – 31st in the NFL and allowing 419 yards per game. The Ravens take full advantage Sunday.

Vikings at Bills
Week 6 Point Spread:
Bills -4

Teddy Bridgewater looked more like a raw rookie in Week 6 getting sacked eight times while the Bills had no answer for the surging Patriots. Buffalo’s front should be able to stop the run this weekend leaving the game in Bridgewater’s hands – not where you want it if you are a Vikings fan!

Saints at Lions
Week 6 Point Spread:
Lions -2 1/2

The Lions top ranked defense should give Drew Brees and his shaky offensive line fits on Sunday. And the Saints look like they will be without Jimmy Graham – ouch! Detroit won in Week 6 without Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush – with both back in the fold I expect Detroit to roll.

Chiefs at Chargers
Week 6 Point Spread:
Chiefs +4 1/2

I am picking the upset in this one – the Chargers dodged a bullet in Week 6 – my thought is Karma catches up with them. The Chiefs, off a bye are healthy, hungry and ready to run all over San Diego. The Chiefs’ eighth best pass defense should be up to the challenge against Philip Rivers as well. Give Andy Reid an extra week to prepare and expect his team to perform well!

Giants at Cowboys
Week 6 Point Spread:
Cowboys -5

Dallas looked tremendous in Week 6 in their win in Seattle while the Giants looked awful in their loss to the Eagles. Add in the fact that Victor Cruz is gone for the year and the G-Men look totally overmatched in this one. The Cowboys are the hottest team in the game right now – no reason to think they slow down Sunday.

Cardinals at Raiders
Week 6 Point Spread:
Cards -3 1/2

Tony Sporano has the Raiders playing hard but as the old saying goes – you can put lipstick on a pig – but it still won’t be pretty! Carson Palmer is back, Larry Fitzgerald hit the end zone for the first time in eight games and the Cards defense is still top tier.

[dfads params=’groups=63752&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

Arizona should handle Oakland with ease.

49ers at Broncos
Week 6 Point Spread:
Lines Not Available Yet

Word is that Patrick Willis may not suit up Sunday night – a huge blow for the 49ers. If that’s the case, San Francisco could be in some trouble. The Broncos will likely be 6-7 point favorites – either way I like this game to be close. It has 27-24 written all over it!

Monday, October 20

Texans at Steelers
Week 6 Point Spread:
Texans +3 1/2

If you watched the Steelers’ Week 6 effort, you would have a difficult time picking them this week. I happen to agree! Big Ben and company had their problems with Cleveland’s defense and now JJ Watt and company come to town. I like Arian Foster to dominate on the offensive side of the ball and Watt to be in control on the defensive side. Pittsburgh is scaring nobody right now!
