Week 11 NFL Betting Parlay – Redskins vs. Eagles, Ravens vs. Bears

NFL Parlay of the Week

Looking back at the results from Week 10 in the NFL, the underdogs ruled the day by covering the spread in nine of the 14 games on the schedule. When it came to the total line, eight of the game stayed UNDER the closing line.

After digging deep into the numbers for this Sunday’s slate of games in the NFL, I have uncovered a couple of matchups that come together perfectly to form my parlay of the week based on lines provided by [dfads params=’groups=63740&limit=1&return_javascript=0′].

Game 1- Washington Redskins vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Pointspread: Philadelphia -3
Total Line: 53

ATS Matchup Stats | NFL Gambling Insight!

The Redskins blew a golden opportunity to close the gap in a wide-open NFC East title race with last Sunday’s 34-27 loss to Minnesota in a game it led by 10 points at the half.

They are now 3-6 both straight-up and against the spread behind a defense that is ranked 26th in the NFL against the pass and 31st in points allowed; giving-up an average of 31.9 points a game.

Nick Foles is settling into his role as the Eagles’ new starting quarterback with 10 touchdown throws in the team’s current two-game winning streak. What has pretty much gone unnoticed about Philadelphia at 5-5 SU is a defense that has not allowed more than 21 points in its last six games.

The Eagles hold a 4-2 edge both SU and ATS in the last six meetings and they jump all over the opportunity to take their record over .500 with another win both ways this Sunday against their division foes.

Game 2- Baltimore Ravens vs. Chicago Bears

Pointspread: Chicago -2.5
Total Line: 46

ATS Matchup Stats | NFL Gambling Insight!

Do not ask Baltimore if Super Bowl hangovers are for real. It is 4-5 SU heading into this game and probably just one or two losses away from missing the playoffs altogether this year. One of the biggest reasons the Ravens find themselves in this mess is an offense that has failed to score more than 20 points in five of its last six games.

The only bright spot has been a defense that is only giving-up an average of 21 points a game.

The Bears have had one of the most prolific offenses in the league this season under the guidance of new head coach Marc Trestman, but that has been with Jay Cutler under center. He is out with an ankle injury after already missing some time with a strained groin.

This means that Chicago will once again turn to Josh McCown as its starter. He has actually played pretty well in relief, but this offense will have a tough time matching the 28.8 points it has averaged in its first nine games.

This in turn, sets up the perfect opportunity to take advantage of an inflated total line with a play of the UNDER in the back-end of this week’s parlay.
