This season the Bengals are 7-5 ATS and they have an Over/Under record of 5-7 and the Cowboys are 4-8 ATS and they have an Over/Under record of 6-5-1.

The Bengals are led by 2nd year QB Andy Dalton and while he has one of the best WR’s in the league in A.J. Green (76 rec 1,107 yards 10 TD) he did not have the best game against the Chargers throwing 2 INT. The Cowboys pass defense has been the strength of their D this season, but they gave up over 250 passing yards to the Eagles last week.

RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis has cracked the 100-yard rushing barrier in his last 3 games and he may be THE guy Dallas and their 17th ranked run defense has to worry about. Dallas did win last week, but they allowed the Eagles to dominate the ground game with 183 rushing yards.

Defense has been a big key in the Bengals’ winning streak and in their last 4 games they are only giving up an average of 10.5 ppg. They rank 11th in the NFL in both pass defense and run defense. They also have the most sacks in the league, which has to be worrisome for Dallas QB Tony Romo. He has been playing well and in the Philly win he passed for over 300 yards. TE Jason Witten and Dez Bryant are 2 great targets and the Cowboys’ offensive line must give Romo time in the pocket to find them.[soliloquy id=”82219″]

Dallas RB DeMarco Murray is finally back and healthy and he rushed for 83 yards in the Eagles win. If he can run the ball it will take a lot of pressure of Romo to do it all, which he has had to do for most of the season.

The Cowboys are 3-3 on the road and the Bengals are 3-3 at home.

In some betting trends for his non-conference game the Cowboys are 5-16 ATS in their last 21 games following a S.U. win, 1-4 ATS vs. a team with a winning record, and they have an Under record of 7-2 in their last 9 road games.

The Bengals are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 home games, 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a S.U. win, and they have an Under record of 4-1 in their last 5 home games.

Jason’s Pick: I have to go with the Cowboys in this game even though I am far from a Dallas fan, but with Romo playing well and Murray back on the field I think they will win.
