Kansas State

When you look at Kansas State’s offense, there’s nothing flashy about it. That’s one of the big differences between KSU and TCU at this point in the process, but that doesn’t mean the Wildcats aren’t getting the job done.

Despite being just 50th in passing yards and 58th in rushing yards, the team is averaging 38.3 points per game. That number is good enough for 16th in the nation.

Defensively, this team is ranked 12th in points allowed, giving up just 18.6 per contest. The team is just 53rd in passing defense; however, it’s ninth in rushing yards allowed per game.

Kansas State is 5-2-1 ATS this season, while TCU is 7-1.

TCU

TCU did not play a clean game last week. Sneaking away with a one-point win was not what they hoped for, but a win is a win, and the team is looking to put together a more convincing showing in Week 11.

On the year, TCU’s offense has excelled. We know it’s flashy, but the numbers show just how productive it’s been as well.

Throwing the ball, the Horned Frogs are sixth in the nation. They average 335.9 yards per contest through the air.

On the ground, TCU is 33rd in yards. It picks up 214.1 yards per contest in that category.

In total, the Horned Frogs are second in the country in points per game, which will cause trouble for Kansas State in this one.

Week 11 NCAA Football

Both TCU and Kansas State are in the hunt for a spot in the first-ever College Football Playoffs. The winner will be one step closer to making that happen.

The loser will almost certainly be out of the running.

If you’re talking straight up, TCU should get the victory. The Horned Frogs’ defense is over-looked, and forcing turnovers could be what gets them the win.

That said, this should be a close contest down to the end, and against the spread, we could see Kansas State pull off the upset.
