Villanova is 3-1 ATS in this year’s tournament. They are getting fantastic guard play out of Scottie Reynolds. In this matchup UNC will have the size advantage.  Because of this, the perimeter shooting for Villanova must be on.They are 29.6% from 3 in the tournament. They will need to shoot closer to 40% if they want to advance. Defensively they will need to key Ty Lawson out of the paint. This has not been accomplished by any team in the tournament thus far.

Bottom line is that North Carolina is the best team in the field. Villanova could give them a good run if they get hot from 3. If they start lighting it up expect Roy Williams to switch up defenses to pressure the perimeter more.
