San Antonio (14-2, 10-5-1 ATS) has been a real money maker for NBA betting fans this season, but the club is showing signs of cooling off. The Spurs have failed to cover in two of their past three games—after covering six straight—although they did get a win and cover against New Orleans on Sunday.

The Spurs needed a comeback to put away New Orleans 109-95. At one point in the quarter, they were down by 17 points, but they opened the fourth by making nine consecutive buckets. Manu Ginobili led the way with 15 of his 23 points in the second half. Online Sports Betting at Sportsbook

If there are any concerns at the moment, it’s the play of Tony Parker. The veteran guard—who is dealing with off-the-court problems, as he’s being divorced by celebrity wife Eva Longoria—has scored just 15 total points in his last two games.

Oddly, San Antonio’s style has shifted this season. Traditionally a slower-paced team that plays tough defense under coach Gregg Popovich, the Spurs have moved up to third in scoring—but slipped to 14th in defense.

Golden State (8-9, 9-8 ATS) beat Minnesota 104-94 on Friday, ending a five-game losing streak. The Warriors have also bounced back on NBA odds; after losing five straight, they’re 2-0 ATS in their last two outings.

Poor defense is doing in the Warriors. Friday’s win over the Wolves was the first time in five games they held an opponent under triple digits. During the losing streak, Golden State was torched for 115 points per game.

The club’s biggest playmaker is, without a doubt, David Lee. The forward just missed eight games with an elbow injury, and Golden State went 1-7 in that span. With Lee in the lineup, the Warriors are an impressive 7-2—including the victory over Minnesota. Lee returned to post 10 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals.

The Spurs have won their last eight games against Golden State, not to mention a 4-0 run against the spread. Keeping that streak alive shouldn’t be too tough.

San Antonio at Golden State pick: Spurs -4.5
