The Pacers were able to stave off elimination and live to fight another day with a win on their home court in Game 6, but now they’ll have to try to turn the same trick in unfriendly confines.

The Pacers saved their season with a 93-90 win on Wednesday. Paul George erupted for 21 points in the deciding fourth quarter. He finished the game with 37 points on 15-of-28 shooting, grabbing six rebounds and six steals.

Roy Hibbert had a nice bounce back game, racking up 10 points and 13 rebounds. David West was again able to fill out his stat line nicely with 19 points, nine rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a block. Lance Stephenson’s mind seemed elsewhere as LeBron James may have gotten into his head. Stephenson seems more into the extracurricular stuff than basketball itself, leading Ray Allen to call his antics “buffoonery.”

Stephenson had 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists in Game 5, all below his series averages. Another area of concern for the Pacers – the team got only six points off the bench, all from Luis Scola.

LeBron James really had a pedestrian affair. Foul trouble limited him to just 24 minutes, and he had only seven points, four assists, two rebounds, and a block in what may have been his worst playoff performance of the year.

Dwyane Wade continued his strong play, scoring 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting and adding eight rebounds, seven assists, and two steals. Chris Bosh came up big again with 20 points and 10 rebounds, filling out his stat line with two assists, two steals, and a block.

Despite dealing with some injuries Ray Allen had a fine game off the bench, scoring 15 points on 5-of-11 shooting, knocking down three of his six shot attempts from beyond the bench. Chris Andersen wasn’t as fortunate as injuries kept him out of the lineup. Rashard Lewis had a fine shooting game in his place, knocking down 6-of-9 three-point attempts for 18 points.

In the Big Three Era, the Pacers are 3-13 at American Airlines Arena. That doesn’t bode well for their chances of extending this series to a deciding seventh game. The Heat have given only three total games away in this postseason, and none of those losses have come at home.

The Heat are 4-1 ATS in their last five home games, and the home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings between these teams.

The over is 6-1 in the Heat’s last seven home games, and it is 4-0 in the last four meetings between these teams in Miami.

The play: Miami -7, Over 183
