NBA Weekend Free Picks

It’s another weekend in the NBA and even though there are a number of games for NBA sports betting fans to place online bets on, I’ve tried to pick two games that should provide plenty of interest.

There are so many games in the NBA that it makes sense to pick the best online bets possible by studying and really predicting where the BetUS odds makers are going to set the against the spread online wagering lines.

Let’s get to this weekend’s games!

Best Online NBA Betting Game This Saturday

Orlando Magic vs. Utah Jazz – – The Magic will go into the Delta Center coming off a Friday night game against the Phoenix Suns. The Suns just completed a trade for Jason Richardson who’s averaging over 18 points a game. The Suns needed scoring. Well, they got it. How will it affect the Magic who will need all of their guns ready when visiting Utah? It might affect them a lot. Utah on the other hand will be without Carlos Boozer yet again who is out indefinitely due to a quadricep issue. His absence has not been as crucial as some may have thought because of the solid play of Mehmet Okur who is averaging 27 points a game. Wow. I would usually go with Dwight Howard and the Magic in this situation but the Jazz are good at home and Okur could go point for point with Howard. Plus, the flight from Phoenix to Utah isn’t as easy as some might think. I’m taking the Jazz.

Predicted online betting spread and pick: Utah Jazz – 5 ½ to cover

Best Online NBA Betting Game This Sunday

New Orleans Hornets vs. Toronto Raptors – – The Hornets play Boston on Friday night, take Saturday off, and then travel to Toronto to take on the Raptors Sunday. I believe that New Orleans could potentially upset the Celtics on Friday night. If they do, it won’t be easy which means that one day of rest might not be enough for them go to Toronto and take down Chris Bosh and the Raptors. The Hornets look set for the proverbial “bounce” in this game should they play the Celtics tough on Friday night. They don’t even have to beat the Celtics to bounce against the Raptors. The Raptors finally have their starting line-up set with Jermaine O’Neal returning from injury. O’Neal, Bosh, Jason Kapono, Jamario Moon and Jose Calderon make Toronto one of the most prolific scoring teams in the NBA. The problem is that they have to start winning games. They will probably do so on Sunday by beating the Hornets by at least 7 points.

Predicted online betting spread and pick: Toronto Raptors – 6 ½ to cover
