The Pistons have lost 11 in a row on their home court, and will be looking to break that slide against a Raptors club that will visit riding a four-game winning streak. Toronto knocked off the division rival Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday, claiming a 105-89 victory.

Star point guard Kyle Lowry had 20 points and 12 assists in that game, while center Jonas Valanciunas racked up 16 points and 10 rebounds, as the Raptors reached the 20-win mark quicker than any squad in franchise history.

Things didn’t go quite so well for the Pistons in their last contest. Detroit fell by a score of 117-106 to the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday in what was their 11th consecutive loss at The Palace of Auburn Hills. The last time they lost that many consecutive games at home was 1966-67.

Point guard Brandon Jennings scored 13 points against the Mavericks after averaging 4.7 points per game over a seven-game stretch, failing to reach double digits in any of those contests. In the month of December, he’s shooting 24.1 percent from the floor – the lowest mark among players with at least 50 attempts.

The battle between these two point guards should be a fun one to watch.

Jennings averaged 21.0 points in three meetings with the Raptors last season, and Lowry averaged 22.7 points and 7.3 assists in those three games against the Pistons.

Pistons center Andre Drummond also fared well in those matchups, averaging 12.0 points and 14.0 rebounds.

FREE Raptors vs. Pistons Pick:

The Raptors are in much better for than the Pistons, and given Detroit’s struggles at home, that home-court advantage is practically nil at the moment.

Toronto figures to a cruise to a double-digit victory. Additionally, both sides figure to get their points in this one, as his often been the case when these divisions face off.
