The Memphis Grizzlies are coming off an impressive win over the Western Conference’s fourth-best team: the Portland Trail Blazers.

On Sunday night, Memphis traveled to the Pacific Northwest. Memphis defeated Portland 98-92, holding one of the NBA’s best offenses to a score of more than 10 points below its season average.
Against the Clippers, the goal will be the same. The Grizzlies will look to contain an offense that is second this season in terms of points per game, as L.A. is posting 107.3 points per contest at this point in the process.

Memphis is averaging 100.6 points per game, which is as middle-of-the-pack as it comes. That number is only good enough for 14th in the Association.
Defensively, this team is elite. The Grizzlies are giving up just 95.7 points per game, which is the best mark in the entire NBA at this point in the process.

Statistically, the Clippers couldn’t be much further from the Grizzlies. For starters, this team has struggled defensively this season.
