NBA Betting – Bucks vs. Cavaliers

Free pick and preview plus NBA betting odds and basketball lines for the matchup featuring the Milwaukee Bucks and the Cleveland Cavaliers…

NBA Betting – Cavaliers Host Revamped Milwaukee Bucks

The revamped Milwaukee Bucks (3-4 SU, 4-3 ATS, 4-3 O/U) have dropped two consecutive games in the BetUS Sportsbook. The defensive-minded Cleveland Cavaliers (5-2 SU, 5-2 ATS, 4-3 O/U) and superstar forward LeBron James have won four straight games for BetUS NBA sports betting enthusiasts.

Tonight, the two Eastern Conference Central Division foes will square off as the Bucks try to snap their modest losing streak and the Cavaliers try to extend their winning ways.

The Cavaliers are coming off a convincing 106-97 road win over the Chicago Bulls on Saturday, getting a game-high 41 points from James, the league’s leading scorer, on 13-for-29 shooting from the field while also getting double digit scoring from three other players.

“The fourth quarter is where I make my name,” said James, who is averaging 28.1 points per game this season after racking up the first scoring title of his career last season by averaging 30.0 points per contest.

“That’s the quarter where it’s time to close the game out. I know I’m not going to do that every night, I’m not going to be perfect every night.”

The Bucks have a new head coach in Scott Skiles and a revamped roster but have been soundly beaten in each of their last two games, including a 106-94 home loss to the Phoenix Suns on Saturday.

Playing without injured team leader Michael Redd, backup point guard Ramon Sessions has been an absolute revelation and led Milwaukee in scoring against the Suns, scoring 23 points despite shooting just 6-for-15 from the field while also handing out six assists.

“We played in spurts tonight and just weren’t good enough,” Skiles said. “Defensively, we weren’t very sharp and offensively, we did a lot of one-on-one tonight.”

Sessions is averaging 18.7 points per game over his last three contests and could replace newly acquired starting point guard Luke Ridnour at some point this season if he continues his strong play.

Here is a look at the key betting trends for each team, followed by my in-depth analysis and NBA Free Picks:

NBA Odds

Milwaukee Bucks +11 -110
Cleveland Cavaliers -11 -110

Over 194 -110
Under 194 -110

Analysis: While the Cavaliers will undoubtedly win this contest, something tells me the Milwaukee Bucks are going to cover the double digit spread in this matchup by playing some defense for new head coach Scott Skiles, a defensive task master if ever there were one. On another note, I can’t wait to see electrifying Bucks backup point guard Ramon Sessions, who is clearly better than starter Luke Ridnour even if Skiles can’t see that just yet.

Take the Bucks to cover the spread and the Under NBA betting buffs to double you pleasure – and winnings.
