Week 12 is almost here and there are three games on Turkey Day so make the necessary adjustments to your lineups. Injuries have been the norm this season and down the stretch of the fantasy season, those injuries could play a major part in who you can trust for the fantasy Playoffs.

Take a gander at Dave B’s Week 12 Start and Sit for all of your lineup queries. I hope it helps!

Green Bay at Detroit 12:30 PM

Expect a shootout to start the Thanksgiving festivities on Thursday. Most, if not all skill players deserve a start! That means Matthew Stafford, Kevin Smith, Calvin Johnson and Brandon Pettigrew for Detroit. Titus Young and Nate Burleson could also be used as flex/WR3 plays. For Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers, Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson, Jermichael Finley and even James Jones should be productive with Jones being the only question mark. It should be fun indeed.

Miami at Dallas 4:15 PM

Miami has played well of late but recommending any in Fantasy is still a huge gamble. Brandon Marshall is about the only Fin I can recommend without hesitation. For Dallas, expect good games from Tony Romo, DeMarco Murray, Jason Witten, Dez Bryant and Laurent Robinson.

San Francisco at Baltimore 8:20 PM

Defenses will be on display in the Thanksgiving nightcap. For the 49ers, I still expect Frank Gore to have a decent game. Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis may have good days through the air but they are borderline starts at this point. For Baltimore, I like Joe Flacco this week along with Ray Rice and Torrey Smith. Anquan Boldin is more of a WR3 this week. Ed Dickson is just an OK play. Start both defenses with confidence.

Minnesota at Atlanta 1:00 PM

With Adrian Peterson out, it is hard to recommend any Viking. Percy Harvin may be OK – he will see time at running back as well as wide receiver. For the Falcons, Matt Ryan has been productive of late and definitely warrants starting consideration. Michael Turner, Tony Gonzalez, Roddy White and even Harry Douglas are decent starts as well.

Cleveland at Cincinnati 1:00 PM

I am sitting all Browns against Cincinnati’s good defense this week. For the Bengals, Cedric Benson, Jermaine Gresham and AJ Green (if he plays) are good starts. Andy Dalton and Jerome Simpson are risks but are ones that could pay off this week.

Tampa Bay at Tennessee 1:00 PM

The Bucs finally looked decent offensively last week and I expect the role to continue. Josh Freeman is a desperation start this week but LeGarrette Blount could be decent along with Mike Williams and Kellen Winslow Jr. The Titans think that Matt Hasselbeck will start this week – I’m not so sure. He is a borderline start if he plays. I don’t mind Nate Washington or Damian Williams this week if Hasselbeck starts – don’t love them either. Jared Cook is a TE sleeper this week. Chris Johnson is brutal and a risk to any owner.

Carolina at Indianapolis 1:00 PM

Start Cam Newton and Steve Smith as always and don’t hesitate to use Greg Olsen this week either. The RB situation in Carolina is confusing as hell. Jonathan Stewart may be the better flex option because of his pass catching abilities. For the Colts, you would be crazy to use any! Donald Brown may be OK because of Carolina’s brutal run defense – that’s it!

Arizona at St. Louis 1:00 PM

The Cardinals are a mess but in a cushy matchup, I would take a shot on Beanie Wells and Larry Fitzgerald this week. For the Rams, ditto – they are a mess! But I would take a shot with Steven Jackson and Brandon Lloyd. That’s about it for this game!

Buffalo at NY Jets 1:00 PM

I am sitting EVERY Buffalo Bill for this game – they are brutal and the jets defense is good. For the Jets, they defense is an obvious start, Shonne Green could be a good RB2, Plaxico Burress and Santonio Holmes are worth the gamble this week. The Bills are a terrible defense and now is a chance for the Jets offense to right the ship. [ad-8469823]

Houston at Jacksonville 1:00 PM

Matt Leinart is starting at QB for the rest of the way – I would wait and see this week if possible. If forced to start a Texan in the passing game, I may roll with Andre Johnson who is eager to get back on the field and I may look at Owen Daniels as a decent Tight End option. Arian Foster should be huge again however! For Jacksonville, Maurice Jones-Drew is the only one worth considering – period!

Chicago at Oakland 4:05 PM

Chicago will be a much different team this Sunday for sure. Matt Forte becomes the only reliable Bear unfortunately. The Raiders have a tough match against Chicago’s superb defense. Michael Bush has to be started regardless but I have a hard time recommending anyone else on the Raiders – too inconsistent to rely on this late in the Fantasy season.

Washington at Seattle 4:05 PM

Washington is in disarray at the moment and now faces a decent Seattle defense in one of the toughest buildings in the NFL to play in. Fred Davis is the only Redskin worth looking at and if you are a gambling man, Jabar Gaffney could be an OK flex. For Seattle, I like Marshawn Lynch to extend his scoring streak to seven games this week – start as a RB2 or flex. The best receiving option just may be Doug Baldwin this week although Sidney Rice could be a valuable flex option as well.

New England at Philadelphia 4:15 PM

Start Brady, Gronkowski, Welker and Branch as always and take a look at Aaron Hernandez if stuck at Tight End. For the Eagles, we are not sure who will start at QB – either Vick or Young would be a good start against a bad Patriots defense. LeSean McCoy should bounce back this week and DeSean Jackson is a fine play. Brent Celek is usable and Riley Cooper is this week’s deep sleeper! Use Cooper is absolutely necessary!

Denver at San Diego 4:15 PM

Ya, start Tim Tebow – just expect to wait until the 4th quarter before seeing any results! Willis McGahee is the only other recommended Bronco simply because of the amount of touches he will receive. For the Chargers, I like Philip Rivers, Gates, Vincent Brown and Vincent Jackson to be productive this week. Start all of them in a bounce back game for the Chargers.

Pittsburgh at Kansas City 8:20 PM

Ben Roethlisberger, Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown are every week plays from now on – start with confidence! Rashard Mendenhall should be OK here as well even though he has underwhelmed lately. For KC, I am staying away from everyone – Dwayne Bowe may get a little consideration if I have nobody else.

NY Giants at New Orleans 8:30 PM

Drew Brees, Jimmy Graham and Marques Colston are unbenchable in Fantasy right now. Darren Sproles should bounce back this week and I like Mark Ingram to provide moderate yardage with a score this week. For the G-Men, Eli Manning, Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks have to be in lineups. The running game is too inconsistent for me to recommend!
