So which kickers should we target this year to give us a consistent double-digit point output? Let’s take a quick look in Dave B’s Top 10 Kicker Rankings.

1. Stephen Gostkowski NE

Consistently finishes inside the top 2 in terms of Fantasy points – no reason to think differently about this year. He’s accurate, he can nail the long FGs and he plays in an elite offense. There’s not much to not like here.

2. Adam Vinatieri IND

Is another guy that plays in an offense that will score a ton of points this year. He missed just 1 FG last season and also has the benefit of playing indoors. Vinatieri has finished inside the top 3 in Fantasy kickers the last two years – no reason to think a dropoff is imminent.

3. Steven Hauschka SEA

Reliable guy playing in an offense that got better in the offseason. Hauschka rarely misses when he gets the chance – he will get his chances this year.

4. Connor Barth DEN

Plays in one of the highest scoring offenses in the game and also has the mile-high air which is a factor, especially for field goals over 50 yards. He averaged almost 13 points per game in the 5 games he played for this club last year – impressive.

5. Justin Tucker BAL

It starts becoming a bit of a crap-shoot after #4. Tucker has anointed himself as one of the most accurate kickers of all time – 89.8% the last three years and he had 4 kicks of 50+ yards last year. Consistency and accuracy make Tucker an easy top 5.

6. Cody Parkey PHI

Made the Pro-Bowl last season while scoring 150 points. He was 4-4 from 50+ yards as well. Philadelphia will score some points this year for sure and Parkey will do his part.

7. Matt Prater DET

Made 21 field goals in 11 games last year. No longer will he be converting extra points like he did in Denver, Prater will be called upon to hit FGs when Detroit’s offense inevitably bogs down.

8. Matt Bryant ATL

Kicking indoors in what should be a pretty good offense is a recipe for decent Fantasy success. He’s accurate and consistent averaging 8.8 Fantasy points the last three years. Bryant is #8 but could finish top 3.

9. Dan Bailey DAL

By now you have gotten the idea I love kickers that play indoors for prolific offenses – Bailey fits that bill. Add in the fact that he has hit 11 of his last 14 from beyond 50 yards and Bailey is an easy top 10 pick.

10. Dan Carpenter BUF

Made a league-second best 34 field goals last year – Buffalo’s offense just couldn’t convert TDs. With an improved offense in Buffalo this year, Carpenter will get even more chances to thrive. He was also 6-for-8 from 50 and beyond.
