NFL Betting: Seattle Seahawks (-3) vs. St. Louis Rams (+3)
The
helpless and hopeless St. Louis Rams
come into this game on a two-game winning
streak. That’s excellent news for
Rams’ fans who just a short three
weeks ago thought that maybe they’d
be staring into the face of a 0 and 16
team.
The difference
is that Rams RB Steven Jackson is finally
healthy and that make-shift offensive
line for the Rams has finally gelled.
That means that they have a shot versus
weaker NFL Football Betting teams, like
the Saints and the 49’ers, but,
will it be enough for them to take out
the Seattle Seahawks?
These trends say yes:
The Seattle Seahawks are 4-11-1 against
the spread versus in their last 16 road
games.
The UNDERDOG
is 8 – 2 against the
spread in the last 10 meetings between
these two teams.
This seems
to be a pretty easy one, actually. You’ve
got a bad road team going into a hostile
environment to play a team that not only
plays them tough but has actually been
on a mini-roll lately.
Who am I
to go against the grain, right? The Seahawks
are the better team but they always don’t play like it and Steven
Jackson is an exceptional players. He can
really get into a defense’s head
when he’s healthy. That should open
things up for Isaac “The Preacher” Bruce
and Torry Holt. Marc Bulger, the Rams’ QB,
has been on target lately.
For the Seahawks,
Shaun Alexander shouldn’t
even be in the line-up this Sunday and
Matt Hasselbeck is banged up.
The BetUS NFL betting line is St. Louis
Rams ( + 3) against the spread and at home
versus the Seattle Seahawks.
I like the Rams quite a bit in this one.
Enough, I think, to put a bit of mullah
on the BetUS + 140 money line.
Take the Rams.
