The Miami Hurricanes are 2 and 6 against
the spread in their last 8 road games.
Since the Hurricanes have been getting
a lot of points lately, this trend is worrisome
if you are thinking about wagering on the
Hurricanes. However, as with all sports
gambling, trends are only there to help
you make a decision, they should never
be looked at as the truth about any single
game.
The Hurricanes have a very good defense.

The UNDER is 12 and 4 in the Miami Hurricanes
last 16 conference games.
Wait a second; Virginia Tech has a very
good defense as well:
The UNDER is 8 and 3 in the Virginia Tech
Hokies last 11 conference games.
Now, the BetUS college football betting

spread has to be looked in light of the
fact that both teams do not give up a lot
of points and both teams have so-so offenses.
When this game is looked at from that
point-of-view, you expect a game closer
to the one Miami played versus Georgia
Tech than the blow-out they suffered to
Virginia last weekend. Miami is not that
bad - - definitely not as bad as the 48
points that the Cavaliers leveled against
them last week.
In any case, Virginia Tech rarely puts
up a lot of points. Sure, the Hokies scored
40 versus Florida State but, to me that
was an aberration. Expect this game to
be closer to the 14 to 10 Boston College
game that the Hokies played earlier this
season than the super fast scoring fest
that occurred last weekend.
