Buffalo Bills (0-1)
vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0)
Sunday, September
16th --- Heinz Field, Pittsburgh --- 1:00pm

Sportsbook - Opening Football Line: Pittsburgh -9.5 (37.5)
The spread
munching Bills are 8-2 ATS in their last
10 games. They gave up 470 total yards
to the Broncos, but held the Broncos
to just 15 points. It’s unfair
to judge J.P. Losman when he was going
up against Lynch-Bly-Bailey, and he will
have a far better game against a questionable
Pittsburgh secondary.
Marshawn
Lynch was worth every cent. Averaging
4.7 yards a carry, the upstart Bills will
shock teams this season. But the Pittsburgh
Steelers were dominant through the air
and on the ground and are playing with
a world of confidence. As much as I enjoy
Terrence McGee’s coverage skills,
he can’t cover the new spread offense
in Pitt.
Roethlisberger
only managed 161 yards, but rifled four
touchdown passes to four different receivers.
The Bills are at least one season away
from the big time, but the Steelers are
too talented for them. Bet on J.P. Losman
getting off shots against Townsend as
Lee Evans burns the secondary a few times,
but the Steelers have shown they can
take the lead and protect it with Willie
Parker’s solid running.
